We plan to improve the Peer Review Process so unheard voices in Physics can present their ideas sooner for the purposes of IMPROVING THE PAPER before Publication.
We will also be putting in place a mechanism to allow science community feedback to the Authors and Groups involved in this informal Request for Peer Review Process.
Science Paper Publication is not easy for good reason but if it suppresses ideas due to procedure than your methods in not a good method.
