All things can be described as Systems of Planck Particles in Different Quantum Phases of State like Gas (Vacuum EM Fields), Partially Condensed (Quantum Foam) and Full Condensed called Quantum Superfluid or QSF.
The EM Fields are made of flows of Planck Particles which are Quantum Level Inertially Polarized Kinetically Colliding 100% Elastic.
